By default it works on 1.4.7, for it to work on 1.3.2 and lower, you will need to rename some files.

Look for the "README.txt" in the zip for further information / instructions.

New textures for several blocks and items from 1.13 and 1.14.

Item retextures include, banner patterns (https://vanillatweaks.net/), 1.14 dyes, fish buckets, 1.14 signs, etc.

New mob textures for pandas, phantom, drowned, foxes, horses, villagers and zombie villagers, and more.

Retextures for 1.13/1.14 potion effects.

MCPE gui screens for the new workstation blocks.

Updated panorama to fit 1.14 format.

Updated credits to include 1.14.4 section.
