Programmatic Command Blocks

Style overhaul! This update was a surprise one, and it changes all the textures, from command blocks, structure blocks and test blocks. Barriers and Structure Void textures were removed.

If you don't like the changes, don't worry. I'll still support the original style alongside this one, though I won't be updating it.
