Programmatic Command Blocks

This resource pack is designed to give command blocks a more technical feel whilst keeping the 'panel' style of the old 1.8 command block. This pack also resolves an issue with the vanilla textures where the shapes in the center would not be centered:

Also, MC version 1.21.5 introduced 2 new technical blocks - the test block and the test instance block. I have made sure to re-texture those as well, adding more detail that the offical art did not include.
