Added Oxygen Bonus Stat to Helmets

• All Power Armor helmets now have an Oxygen Bonus buff allowing you to stay underwater longer with higher-tier Power Armor.
• The system functions very similarly to the Respiration enchantment.

Fixed GBG Gun Zoom-Shooting Bug

• Sneaking would disable the ability to shoot for a few seconds, every few seconds when playing with GBG/Gun Core packs.
• This code change may also resolve incompatibility issues that may have existed with other packs.

Fixed Interacting with Wrong Suit Bug

• If you interacted with a suit but were closer to a separate suit you would instead enter/power the closer suit.

Fixed Early-Exiting Bug

• When exiting a suit of Power Armor, it was possible to exit before three seconds had fully elapsed.
• This can technically still occur, but it's much more rare than before.

Fixed Trapped Underwater Bug

• When exiting a suit underwater, the underwater Power Armor debuffs wouldn't be removed until users actually left the water.
