Finished all the remaining items, redid the storage blocks, the reactor blocks, revamped the blazing stuff (not finished) and fixed some consistency with starter/basic tier stuff

-Updated the reactor (only the main part tho, will do all the other reactor related textures later this week)

Cable update! Also tweaked the nitro crystal so it's not as awful as it was (this update is months old but I forgot to post it on modrinth)

-Changed all the models and textures of the energizing rods

First ever release of the pack (in an unfinished state though)
