Poly Tools

A 1.21.11+ resource pack that gives vanilla tools a polygonal look as if they were modelled with more than just cubes and rectangles.

The pack changes the model of:

• Swords
• Pickaxes
• Axes
• Shovels
• Hoes
• Spears

More might be added later on.

Important Notes

This pack relies on features added in 1.21.11 so it won't work prior to that version.
When playing in vanilla, the shading of the models will be messed up. I have no clue why but using Sodium fixes it. Or at least it did in 26.1.2, because it broke again in 26.2 and I have no clue why or how to fix it.
