PHQ Garden Flowers

Hypixel Skyblock moonflower/sunflower updated textures. Includes dynamic textures off of time, along with switching the melon stems to a different stem model, also includes item textures for the moonflower/enchanted moonflower items.

1.21.8+ requires Catharsis to function, without Catharsis not a single texture will be shown.
