Allow multiple pack versions

The Resource pack now makes use of supported_formats to allow multiple versions to be supported.

Keep in mind that this option is not retroactively supported meaning it cannot support versions before the one that introduced this feature (1.20.2+).
As such was the version bumped to 1.20.2 as its lowerst version.

Support OR 1.15.0

Sorry for no update. Truth be told, recent updates in OR made me lose motivation for keeping this pack updates...
But I still made updates now. Namely...

• Added sounds for Dolomite Block
• Added sounds for all wood type Beam Blocks
• Added sounds for some misc blocks. They don't seem to yet be on OR...

Support for OR 1.11.0

• Added support for the blocks of the April fools event (Even tho they probs are useless now)
• Added support fo all the new blocks added in the nether overhaul:*

  • Blighted Shroomlight
  • Blighted Shroom Lanterns
  • Ash Block
  • Polished Basalt
  • Polished Basalt Bricks
  • Polished Basalt Tiles
  • Cut Polished basalt
  • Chiseled Polished Basalt
  • Polished Nether Bricks
  • Polished Blue Nether Bricks
  • Polished Red Nether Bricks
  • Polished Soul Sand
  • Tainted Nether Bricks
• Changed sounds for Soul Sand Bricks and its variants to use quicksand,brickstone to be more consistent with soul sand itself.

* I tried my best to find all new blocks, but there is a chance that I might've missed some, so please let me know on GitHub or Discord if one block doesn't have a proper sound assigned.

Support for new blocks

I forgot to make tese changes for OR 1.9.7:

• Added sand sound for packed sand
• Added sand sound for packed red sand
• Added sand sound for packed ashen sand

New OR 1.10.0 changes:

• Added wood sound for Cherry Paper lantern
• Added wood sound for Cherry Vertical Planks
• Added wood sound for Cherry Carved planks
• Added squeekywood sound for Bamboo Paper Lantern

Fixing wrong assigned sounds

• Fixed Loam Gold Ore playing only ore sound instead of dirt,ore
• Fixed Packed Loam playing brickstone sound instead of dirt
