No Plants

Removes the texture of most of the plants, flowers and crops.
Except those with special functions or have collision box. (such as wither rose, sweet berry bush, vines, lily pad, big dripleaf.)
Also simplified fire and cobweb.

Minecraft 1.14+, ignore incompatible warning in some versions.
