Adds an outline to Ancient Debris and halves netherrack mining particles to make Netherite mining easier.

• Netherwart gets a more visual last stage to know when to harvest them
• Soulsand Valleys are easier to traverse due to clearer Soul Sand and Soul Soil distinction.
• Netherrack is brighter.
• Quartz and Nether Gold Ore get an outline.
