Nebula GUI and Hotbar
With swirling clouds of mist, and a sprinkle of stars, this GUI pack changes all inventories, menus and your hotbar to be in nice, calm shades of blue with hints of orange!

- fixed shulker_box.png's name, was called shulker.png before and it Did Not Work. i do apologize.
- added dialog textures and the now playing popup
i am not adding locator bar textures, i simply do not play enough multiplayer. sorry if the dots clash with the xp bar too much.
