Nebula GUI and Hotbar
With swirling clouds of mist, and a sprinkle of stars, this GUI pack changes all inventories, menus and your hotbar to be in nice, calm shades of blue with hints of orange!

lowkey dont think they changed anything but the pack.mcmeta layout. I DO NOT THINK THIS PACK WILL WORK ON OLDER VERSIONS BECAUSE OF THAT, I DID NOT CHECK (i am lazy i do apologize)!!!!!!

- added dialog textures and the now playing popup
i am not adding locator bar textures, i simply do not play enough multiplayer. sorry if the dots clash with the xp bar too much.

- added a subtle new tooltip texture
planetMC and curseforge were also updated ^-^
