[MTR] [RESKIN] French cable car addon

This addon provides French-themed skins for the existing cable car system in Minecraft Transit Railway (MTR).

It includes two visual variants inspired by real French installations:

The Île-de-France skin is based on modern urban cable car projects from the Paris region. It features a clean, contemporary design suitable for dense metropolitan environments and modern transport networks.

The Les Gets skin is inspired by a traditional Alpine ski resort cable car. With its mountain-oriented style, it fits perfectly into snowy landscapes, mountain maps, and tourist resort environments.

This addon does not add new vehicles or mechanics. It only introduces new textures and visual styles, fully compatible with the original MTR cable car functionality.

Requirements: Minecraft, Minecraft Transit Railway (MTR), and a compatible mod loader (Fabric if required).
