MrConorAE's Small Changes

My personal tweaks to Minecraft's font, GUI, and icons.

I've changed:

• the font: it's mostly the same, but I've changed some letters to fix things that annoyed me - e.g.
  • the cross bar in the "A", "B", "E", "F", "G", "H", and "S" being too high
  • the "K" and "X" being uneven
  • the lowercase "f" not having a hook
• the icons:
  • the enchantment bar is now a gradient from a light green to a dark green
  • the "pinging" icon in the server list has a new animation
• the GUI/HUD:
  • a new crosshair
  • a smaller, more compact attack indicator under the crosshair
