More Connected Textures

Adds more connected textures with the CTM feature in Continuity and Optifine

RESOURCE PACK NEEDS EITHER CONTINUITY OR OPTIFINE TO WORK!!!

Current list of Blocks

Iron Block, All Copper Block variants, Lapis Block, Smooth Stone, Polished Andesite, Polished Blackstone, Polished Deepslate, Polished Diorite, Polished Granite, Polished Tuff

Stairs and slabs are likely to be added in the future potentially more blocks too like diamond and gold blocks.
