Switch textures on legs for 1.21.5. Removed useless textures from pack

• Nametage CIT also updated to 1.21.5 vanilla method
• Support for non case sensitivness mod from dbrighthd (optional)
• Pack should work on any version even if marked red
• Custom asset folder changed to semos
