low fire and no smoke is a minimal client-side resource pack that shortens Minecraft’s fire texture into a flat, low profile strip along the top of the block.
It is designed to keep flames visible while greatly reducing how much they block your view when building, mining, or fighting.
Features:
• Replaces tall vanilla fire with a thin, low fire border around the block edge
• Makes it easier to see mobs, blocks, and your crosshair behind fire
• Useful for PvP, nether builds, and general survival without changing hitboxes or damage
• Very lightweight: only edits the fire texture, no performance impact
