jeb_ Recovery Compass Retexture

Adds a secret animated Recovery Compass variant when renamed "jeb_" in an anvil. Inspired by the sheep color cycle, the texture shifts through all colors while preserving directional clarity (red = death location, green = opposite). Small fun easter egg.
