Isaac Totem

This texture pack replaces the Totem of Undying with Isaac from The Binding of Isaac. When the totem is triggered, it plays the sound of Isaac's mom screaming "ISAAAAC!" If you are a fan of the game, you will definitely enjoy this pack. Have fun!
