InfuseSMP Texture Pack

• Added an actual license to the texture pack. (MIT License)
• Cut down size by 25 kb.
• Added space characters used in Infuse v2.4.4.
• Merged all effect glyphs into one bitmap.
• Removed unused photos from the texture pack. (Still available in resources/)
• Updated script to work in other projects.

Fixed fire augmented icon, and the ender icons
