Removes the advertisement and new splash texts from "Icons" resourcepack.

- Fixed the outdated language files.
- Overhauled the pack and made updates easier and much much faster.
- Decreased the file size significantly.
(All done by the removal of lang files and replacing them with a correct sized gamemenulogo.png file.)
