Icons Fix

The initial release of this resourcepack for 1.21.11

Nothing got changed. Just a compatiblity update.

• Fixed the outdated language files.
• Overhauled the pack and made updates easier and much much faster.
• Decreased the file size significantly.

(All done by the removal of lang files and replacing them with a correct sized gamemenulogo.png file.)

Just like the last release for 1.21.6-1.21.8, but ONLY compatible with 1.21.9 upwards. Might not work on 1.21.8 and before.
