Tweaks:

• Fixed Vanilla Backport compatibility.

• Switched the namespace of the AppleSkin Compat
• Added compatibility for the music discs of Vanilla Backport
• Added compatibility with 1.21.4+

Tweaks:

• Removed headphone icons from discs to stay in sync with the Icons updates
• Updated unicodes of backported discs to fit with latest Icons updates
• Removed Vanilla Backport compatibility due to the namespace update of theirs which will automatically work, though discs won't for now as of Icons v.1.13 since they didn't add these on 1.20.1, hopefully developers will update soon to cover this!
