[HMI] Mars' Mining Animation

Improved mining animation by adding left to right motion↔️

Added a setting (Respackopts) that allows you to change if you want the animation with or without crouching⚙️

Now works with HMI Pose Editor!🤝

Make the animations and rotations way more immersive ⛏🌠

Make the rotation more noticeable

Also fix some bugs

Adjust the rotation angle of the pickaxe.
