hide artifacts updated

This is a port of the resource pack "Hide artifacts" by syberflow.

as this pack no longer works on the newest version of the artifacts mod i have updated it myself with relatively low effort.

my personal reason for porting it is because the artifacts mod does not properly attach its models to the player model. and in the process making it look weird when using an animation resourcepack with it like fresh animations player extention.
