Player Health Indicators

• updated to 1.21.9 and 1.21.10
• backported to all versions supported by emf
• removed the double pixels between hearts
• added vanilla emission back to the hearts
• removed shading on the hearts

• removed vanilla emissive textures with core shaders due to compatibility reasons (this will most likely change in the future.
• updated pack.mcmeta to include more versions
• updated the description
