GrayscaleCPvP

Changes the Obsidian, Glowstone, Anchor, Crying Obsidian, End Crystal entity and item textures to be grayscale. Not only are they all grayscale I changed The obsidian to be like the old texture but cleaner and the Anchor looks simpler too the End crystal item texture is also centered aswell. AND the entity for the End Crystal doesn't look ugly either.
