Goggles B Gone

Removes The Diving Helmet overlay from Hybrid Aquatic, got fed up trying to do something underwater and seeing only a small portion of my screen and through a 50% opacity lens so i made this in like 5 minutes. if anybody else finds this helpful, glad i could help
