God of War Custom Items

Adds the following content to the already existing ones:

Mimir, Smartest Man Alive: Completely replaces the Totem of Undying with Mimir's Head from God of War. He speaks once the totem is used.

Replaces the following content:

Leviathan Axe (128x): Replaced by the 512x version of the Leviathan Axe. Mjolnir (128x): Replaced by the 512x version of the Mjolnir.

The new models are much more performance-friendly, detailed and animated.

Changes the Guardian Shield to be retractable.

When renaming a shield in an anvil to Guardian Shield, it will be in it's retracted state; when equipped, it will be placed on the wrist of the player Upon blocking, the shield will open and work like the original Minecraft shield In first-person view, the shield is removed in it's retracted state so it won't block any of the player's screen, but the player will receive visual feedback upon opening the shield (blocking)

Adds the Leviathan Axe, Mjolnir and the Guardian Shield as models for renamed items in anvil. Rename a diamond sword/axe in an anvil to "Leviathan Axe" or "Mjolnir" to change their appearance. Rename a shield to "Guardian Shield" to change it's appearance. Both weapons use the 128x version models in this version.
