Fresh Music Discs HMI

This is an unofficial modified version of the Fresh Music Discs resource pack to make it work with the Hold My Items or HMI mod.

It also changes how the discs look in third person to better match how they are held in first person

(if the creator of the original asks, I will take this down.)
