!sealed buckets textures are tweaked to a can shape to reduce the number of color palettes

Sealed buckets now have a new can-shaped texture to have a more uniform color.

!extended view water shading has been fixed, and random fish has smaller question mark

Fixed extended view shading issues and tweaked the size of random fish question marks.

!The shape and color of the water in the fish bucket varies depending on the characteristics of the fish.

Water colors are changed to match biome water colors in extended view and shape of the water spill depends on the relative size of the fish.

Tropical fish buckets trim now only appears if the bucket does not contain at least one of the four tropical fish type data.(pattern, base_color, pattern_color, bucket entity data) this means in vanila survival, tropical fish buckets no longer have trims.

Fixed all missing models issue due to lack of fallback models.

Fixed pack format was using 1.21.6 datapack format value(80, now it's 64)

All fish-like items with custom name "Dinnerbone" or "Grumm" now has flipped textures and models

added fallbacks for tropical fish with only pattern component that created by command *tropical fish that has pattern and base color component but dosen't have pattern color component will have broken model
