Fiery Explosions!

1. Now isn't marked as invalid on modern versions.
2. Now works all the way down to approximately 1.8.2 (probably works on lower versions, my game crashes though without the texture pack, so I wouldn't know).

Makes explosions Fiery! Should work on 1.21.9+ despite saying it's incompatible.

I accidentally deleted the original, so this is a reupload version. :)
