As you may know, chests, double chests and Minecart with Chests (as well as the chest item, and trapped variants) use a unique texture during Christmas time (over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day).

This pack does two things to match vanilla, only during Christmas time:

1. Gives the Minecart with Chest and Boat with Chest items unique textures,
2. Gives the Boat with Chest, Llama, Donkey and Mule (all with chests) a unique texture. (This requires Entity Texture Features)

The entity features will not work without Entity Texture Features or a modpack that includes it like Fabulously Optimized.

If you do not wish to install mods, then only the item texture changes will work.

The item changes will only work in 1.21.4+ (specifically 24w45a+) due to the newfound ability to define "itemstates". It is impossible to do in versions below that without mods, and I am unaware of any mod that allows for this functionality anyway.

The entity features will not work with OptiFine, as it does not support the required properties.
