Why does this pack exist?

Even though Mojang improved the fast leaves texture and renamed the setting to "See-Through Leaves" in version 1.21.11, it is still impossible to tell if a leaf block is waterlogged. The main bug report addressing this, MC-249486, was closed as "Works As Intended" in 2023.
