Easier To See Poweder Snow

I made the powerer snow texture easier to see after i fell into a pile & died D: Sharing in case anyone else has the same problem.

Edit on 8/17/2026 - Uploaded a version with a pack.mcmeta that should work with most versions going forward, unless mojang changes the name of texture file it self, it should keep working.
