This is actually quite a big feature rich update, I wont go into to much technical detail.

Improved wave motion: Bobbing is now influenced by world position for more natural, consistent waves. This is quite a subtle change but effectively waves now move through world space and boats react to that rather then random wave motions per boat.

Smoother movement response: Updated velocity estimation to reduce jitter and improve consistency across varying FPS/frame times.

New paddling animation: Paddles now animate procedurally from your actual movement and turning, including water catch/drag effects. This was a headache that I wanted to do for a while. Previously paddles just hooked into vanilla paddle movement which meant limited control. With this change I now have full control and paddles react to how the boat is actually moving not just user inputs.

Better sail behavior: Sail ripples now fade out properly when the sail is retracted.

Sharper damage feedback: Hit reactions trigger more instantly and decay more cleanly.
