Remakes the lapis lazuli item with a better shape and gold streaks

I’m not a fan of how Lapis Lazuli looks—the shape feels off, and the texture isn’t much better (though the block itself is okay). That’s why I’ve updated it with an improved texture to make it look nicer.
The block itself may also get an update in the future.
