A pack that changes the new chunk fade-in animation to a dithering effect!

Fun fact, according to Dinnerbone this is how the chunk fade originally looked!

What versions?

25w43a only, however I will update this to 1.21.11 soon! Not possible to port to older versions or bedrock edition

Works with vanilla, sodium support maybe in the future
