Desaturation MC

Initial Release of the Resource Pack for versions 1.20 and 1.20.1.

This Resource Pack desaturates all blocks, items, and entities. I wanted to release this as a standalone in case anyone wanted to edit it, or work off it for any other packs. Some items are not desaturated due to my limited understanding of overlays in the resource pack system.
