Create Touch-Ups

A Resource pack centered around Create. Tweaks some textures and models to make them simpler and more in line with vanilla. Vanilla copper has also been given some touch-ups.

Changes include:

Simplified models for cogwheels
Updated wrench textures
A new model for goggles
Tweaks to the fluid pipes texture, making them look more metallic
Slight tweaks to the shading of vanilla copper blocks and items
