Create: Stomified Goggles (for now)

Now this pack only changes the goggles, making them more consistent with brass and so has a separate model for the view on the player. There are plans to change all the tools from Create in the future, but for now I'm too busy, so will settle for just goggles.

simibubi, I'm sorry if I offended you, it's just that the goggles you made are really poor.
