Configurable glowing ores
a resource pack that makes ores glow with configurability using respackopts
- Dependencies: Continuity or Optifine as far back as 1.13.
Respackopts is needed for the configuration, though the pack will work without it just without any configurability in game. !menu of the respackopts configuration screen with the glowing ores in the background

Compatibility: Configurable Glowing Ores works in 1.13 with Optifine (without the configurability part, not possible on Optifine) but has the new ore textures.
The pack works on 1.17.1+ with Continuity, the mod was made on 1.17.1 which is why it does not go any earlier.
To be real: If you just want a glowing ores resource pack and do not care about configuration or you play on 1.13-1.17 this might not be the pack since a different pack would be smaller in file size, and without Respackopts you cannot have classic ores so if you play on an old version then it wouldn't work right.
