Completely redrew all the sprites in the pack to a higher quality, making things smoother and more consistent.

Changed glowing blue (eg. on computer screens and cables) to orange
Changed blue stripe lightlights to orange
Command computer ueses a colour pallet consistant to the others
Normal and advanced computers/monitors share the same metal colours, rather than having seperate tones for each
Computer GUIs now have a green/purple/orange border instead of grey
