Completely redrew all the sprites in the pack to a higher quality, making things smoother and more consistent.

• Changed glowing blue (eg. on computer screens and cables) to orange
• Changed blue stripe lightlights to orange
• Command computer ueses a colour pallet consistant to the others
• Normal and advanced computers/monitors share the same metal colours, rather than having seperate tones for each
• Computer GUIs now have a green/purple/orange border instead of grey

Bringing the pack up-to-date

• Updated pack format to 61
• Fixed throbbers on running computers skipping a frame
• Fixed cutout rendering on modems with wires
