Golden Age Shinies

Well, I was looking through the files of the new Cobblemon mod update and I found the sound files of the shiny particles, so I decided that I would change both the look and the sound of these particles so that they look like what, to me, are the best shiny effects from the entire Pokémon franchise; The effects of Gen 3. I had this as a result and decided to publish it so that more people can use my resource pack. btw, enjoy the game :D
