As for me, the hit enchantment particle is not needed, because 99% when you hit someone, you hit with an enchanted sword, respectively, the particle becomes useless, and the damage particle is not very useful, and is not very noticeable.
Pack version 1.15-26.2 Snapshot 2 (but in version lower 1.20 resource pack it will be displayed as "Made for an oder version of Minecraft", I am aware of this, but I can't do anything.)
