Cherry to Sakura

Fix versioning issues. This is the same as the 1.21.9+ version with corrected pack support.

Adds support for the following new translations:

• Cherry Shelf (Sakura Shelf)

Added support for the following languages:

• Pirate Speak (The Seven Seas) [en_pt]
• ɥsᴉlƃuƎ (uʍop ǝpᴉsd∩) [en_ud]
• Anglish (Oned Riches) [enp]
  • Renames Stoneberry to Sakura instead
• Shakespearean English (Kingdom of England) [enws]
  • Renames Stoneberrywood to Sakurawood. Stoneberry is only used for the biome.
  • The rest of the language uses Sakura instead of Cherry.

This update was based on the 1.21.9-rc1 Prerelease and should work with 1.21.9 when it is released.
