Changes items to be 3d in hand. also has eating/drinking animations

Current modeled items include:

• All food and drinks
• All buckets
• Goat horn
• Spyglass remodel
• All tools/weapons
• Arrows
• Eggs
• Balls
• Torches and lanterns

I also retextured most of the sprites/blocks for the items listed above (also fish entities)

• Not Enough Animations (3rd person eating, Lantern holding)
• Respackopts (NEA Lantern holding, 2d Shield toggles)
• Real Arrow Tip (Correct Arrow in Bow/Crossbow)
• EMF/ETF (Custom Trident, Arrow, Shield models)
