Changes the texture pack to be used with the item model setup rather than custom model data

• Adds camel bucket (Custom model data 22162)
• Adds sniffer bucket (Custom model data 22163)

Updated to 1.20

No texture changes, just updated the mcmeta file

Initial Release, contains all mobs for 1.19.3, does not contain experimental mobs
