Boat Utilities

Add some utilities to the boats!

This resource pack makes boats more useful by adding some utilities to them!

Boats will now include the following utilities on the front:

• Compass - The red hand points north and the white hand points to the coordinates (0, 0)
• Speedometer - Shows the speed the boat is currently travelling at
• Clock - Shows the current in game time on a working 12 hour clockface
